Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is anything we can do to help, please send an email or submit a question via our Contacts form.

If you need to request a refund, please email your request to tiffany@farmstandculture.com or submit it on our Contacts page.

Refunds are available for all products within 90 days of purchase. The original cost of the item, including taxes, will be refunded via the method of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Your refund will be processed by a representative of Farmstand Mercantile within two business days. Please understand that it can take several weeks for a refund to appear as a credit on your statement depending on the speed and policies of your specific credit card company or payment processing platform. Once Farmstand Mercantile has submitted a request to your credit card company or payment processor, questions on refunds must be directed to that platform.
