Early American farmhouse kitchen design

Traditional farmhouse style kitchens made a huge comeback in recent years. They are classic, timeless…and also, today’s must-have kitchen design. However, when I started to research ideas for an Early American farmhouse kitchen design, I was shocked at how little I found.

My solution?

I will use this page to tell you everything I learned while designing and constructing our dream Colonial kitchen. You won’t have to struggle to think up all of these ideas from scratch like I did.

We’re on a journey together here. I’m starting to build this page in January 2019. Please bookmark it, follow me and pin this stuff so you can return and see the new articles I posted. I created a dedicated Pinterest board for Early-American farmhouse kitchen design, too.

Since I hate spam personally and never share any email address that is entrusted to farmstand culture, you might consider following my blog by entering your email address (below for mobile, on the side for desktop) or clicking “follow” if you use WordPress or Bloglovin.

Hey and, I learned yesterday that my kitchen already started to inspire other kitchen renos happening right now in Connecticut. Thank you! I’m an older sister so I learned young that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
